📋 Description

• Design, develop, and refine product solutions across multiple product lines • Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer needs into functional product designs • Support the full product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping through to production and continuous improvement • Work closely with technical and commercial teams to ensure products are both high-performing and market-ready • Conduct testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure product reliability • Provide technical input into product documentation, resources, and educational materials • Assist in identifying opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and product enhancement

🎯 Requirements

• Background in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, or similar) • Experience in product development, design, or technical engineering roles • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, systems-thinking approach • Ability to balance technical detail with practical, user-focused outcomes • Comfortable working in a hands-on, cross-functional environment • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly • Proficiency in SolidWorks is a must-have skill • Nice to Have • Experience in building products, water systems, plumbing, or environmental solutions • Exposure to manufacturing processes or product commercialisation • Familiarity with CAD or product design tools
