📋 Description

• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand functional and technical requirements. • Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for insurance software systems. • Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across web and backend systems. • Validate system workflows related to insurance operations (e.g., policy administration, claims processing, underwriting, billing). • Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). • Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. • Assist in the creation of test data and environments simulating insurance scenarios. • Provide QA support during production deployments and post-release validation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 3+ years of QA experience in software implementation projects. • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. • Prior experience working on projects in the insurance industry (property & casualty, life, health, etc.). • Experience with testing tools like JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM, or similar. • Knowledge of relational databases and ability to write basic SQL queries for data validation. • Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI) is a plus. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
