📋 Description

• Manage and complete Australian tax compliance and accounting work • Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and related compliance requirements • Ensure work is accurate, complete, and delivered within deadlines • Handle client correspondence and assist with client queries • Work independently with minimal supervision • Identify and resolve issues with minimal guidance • Support and mentor junior team members • Potentially take on team leadership responsibilities as the role develops

🎯 Requirements

• Philippines-based candidates • 6+ years of Australian accounting experience • 10+ years of overall accounting experience • Strong background in Australian tax compliance • Solid understanding of Australian accounting and taxation practices • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience working with Australian clients is highly desirable • Leadership or team mentoring experience is an advantage • Must disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work • Must reflect this engagement on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor”
