📋 Description

• Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals • Provide proactive business advisory support, including tax planning, budgeting, and forecasting • Assist clients with structuring, tax strategy, and growth initiatives • Support business valuations, due diligence, financial modelling, three-way forecasting, and management and board reporting engagements • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery using cloud-based accounting technologies • Ensure compliance with current tax legislation and accounting standards • Identify process improvements and implement more efficient ways of working • Participate in regular team and client meetings • Deliver accurate and timely client work • Liaise with clients to address queries, build relationships, and support business needs • Manage complex Australian business clients, including structures with 20+ entities • Work closely with the Director and broader team across taxation, financial reporting, trust accounting, and advisory engagements with a high degree of independence

🎯 Requirements

• Philippines-based candidate • CA or CPA-qualified (or equivalent) • 4–6 years of experience in public practice accounting • Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax legislation • Experience working with clients across diverse industries and business sizes • High proficiency with cloud-based accounting systems, such as Xero • Exposure to or interest in valuations, financial modelling, forecasting, or management reporting (advantageous) • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Strong attention to detail and analytical capability • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities • Collaborative, growth-focused mindset • Ability to work AEST business hours, 9 AM–5 PM, Monday to Friday • Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work • Reflect this engagement on LinkedIn profile
