📋 Description

• Take ownership of the existing custom ERP codebase and understand its architecture, workflows, and business logic • Review, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing Laravel applications • Develop and implement new features based on business requirements • Work across backend and frontend components • Manage databases, APIs, and third-party integrations • Investigate bugs, identify root causes, and implement practical fixes • Improve code reliability, performance, and maintainability • Support transition and documentation from the outgoing developer • Support workflows including order intake, artwork processing, customer approvals, printing, production, and dispatch • Explain technical issues and solutions to non-technical stakeholders • Recommend system improvements and development priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional full stack development experience • Strong hands-on experience in PHP and Laravel • Experience working with an existing codebase • Good understanding of databases, APIs, and third-party integrations • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills • Ability to understand business processes and translate them into practical technical solutions • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms • Experience with ERP, e-commerce, manufacturing, order management, or similar systems is highly desirable • Ability to align with AU business hours, approximately 9 AM–5 PM, Monday to Friday • Must disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work • Must reflect this engagement on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor”
