📋 Description
• Design, build, and maintain automation across internal business systems to reduce manual processes and operational friction • Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement technical solutions that improve speed, accuracy, and consistency • Develop, test, and deploy automation workflows across CRM, finance, operations, and project delivery systems • Continuously optimise systems to support evolving business needs • Explore and implement practical AI use cases across the business • Prototype and deploy AI-supported tools that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency • Own and support integrations between key platforms • Maintain data integrity across systems and ensure consistent information flow • Support ongoing development and improvement of internal tools • Take ownership of all Excel-based pricing, costing, and estimation spreadsheets used across the business • Act as internal technology lead and first point of contact for systems-related matters • Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in systems engineering, automation, or software development roles • Strong capability in Excel (advanced formulas, logic modelling, data validation) • Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot preferred), APIs, and system integrations • Understanding of automation tools, workflows, and AI concepts in a business context • Comfortable working across both technical and operational environments • Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, implementer mindset
