📋 Description

• Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions based on client requirements • Lead technical projects from planning through implementation and handover • Resolve complex infrastructure, systems, networking, cloud, and security issues • Act as the senior escalation point for technical issues • Assess security risks and implement appropriate cybersecurity controls • Guide engineers on complex technical tasks and solutions • Work with clients to understand requirements and recommend suitable solutions • Maintain technical documentation, project records, and system standards • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve service processes

🎯 Requirements

• Philippines-based candidate • At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, technical consulting, or a similar role • Experience working in an MSP, IT solutions, or similar technology services environment • Proven experience in infrastructure design and implementation • Strong cybersecurity and risk management experience • Demonstrated experience leading and delivering IT projects • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience handling complex technical escalations and operational support • Experience providing technical leadership or mentoring to IT professionals • Working knowledge of cloud, networking, systems, and modern IT infrastructure • Experience with automation or scripting is an advantage • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and technical teams • Willingness to disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work • Willingness to reflect this engagement on LinkedIn, clearly marked as “Independent Contractor”
