📋 Description

• Edit raw footage into short-form content for Reels, TikToks, and Shorts • Edit content for two founders’ personal brands • Cut footage for pace and engagement • Add captions, sound effects, music, motion graphics, and on-screen text • Colour-grade videos for a sharp, consistent appearance • Follow the style guide and match example edits and formats • Deliver 25–30 short-form videos weekly • Make requested revisions

🎯 Requirements

• Philippines-based candidate • Short form editing experience • Understanding of what works on social media • Good eye for pacing and hooks • Good taste and ability to distinguish premium from cheap-looking content • Confidence using DaVinci Resolve • Willingness to disclose existing ongoing roles or client work • Must reflect this engagement on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor” • Ability to align with Australian business hours, approximately 9 AM–5 PM, Monday to Friday
