• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience • 5-7 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role • Experience as a functional application specialist with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically Payroll module • Proven experience implementing the Oracle Cloud Payroll module • Excellent communication skills – oral and written • Interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration • The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff • Proven ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed
