📋 Description

• contribute to the delivery of managed services for Oracle Cloud clients • address client concerns while ensuring exceptional service quality • demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities • provide expertise and hands-on experience on incidents and service requests, including configuration changes and enhancements • collaborate with teams to optimize ERP systems • help clients optimize their ERP systems • ensure effective delivery of managed services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field • 6+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Technical services or similar roles • Good Knowledge of Oracle ERP/HCM modules with at least one certification (level 2 support) • Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and manage time effectively • Customer-focused mindset and commitment to high-quality service • Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks
