• Responsible for leading the end‑to‑end delivery of Oracle Cloud Benefits and Absence modules across all phases of implementation, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. • Serve as a functional subject matter expert in areas such as benefits plan configuration, eligibility rules, life event processing, accruals, and leave policies. • Partner closely with HR and business stakeholders to translate complex benefits and absence policies into scalable, system-driven solutions aligned with Oracle best practices. • Facilitate design workshops, support testing cycles, and resolve functional issues to ensure successful solution delivery. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Benefits and Absence with Core HR, Payroll, and other modules, ensuring seamless data flow and compliance. • Provide guidance, documentation, and mentoring to team members while driving high-quality, compliant workforce management solutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience • 5-7 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role • End-to-end project implementation experience in one or more of the following areas: Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM offerings • Experience as a functional application specialist • Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration • The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensions • Proven ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams • Canadian citizenship is needed for TN visa travel to the U.S. as needed.
