• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience • 6-10+ years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role • 2-4+ years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll • Deep expertise in non-U.S. and Canadian tax regulations and employment laws • Experience with coaching and leadership • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed
