📋 Description
• Lead change management initiatives both internally and externally • Partner with existing OCM leadership and expand skills of change consultants • Play an advisory role on multiple accounts • Design, manage, and implement successful program solutions • Build strategic relationships with client executives • Deliver clients' success through ongoing change impact assessments
🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years in change management, training, and communications experience • Managed teams of OCM consultants • Successfully led 8+ full life cycle ERP change implementation programs • Process knowledge in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics Management • ERP platform experience with SAP S4 HANA, Oracle, Peoplesoft, Workday or equivalent • Relevant Organizational Change Management certifications (i.e. PROSCI or CCMP) • Relevant graduate degree preferred
