📋 Description

• Assisting in implementing technology solutions, including performing technology assessments, business process mapping, data conversions, user testing, and client support, with focus on financial accounting systems and workflows • Liaising with internal and external team members during course of project engagement, including presenting key takeaways, communicating project updates, and organizing overall project logistics • Conducting and participating in key stakeholder interviews with clients to gather qualitative data and information as well as gain an understanding of institutional culture • Connecting with internal team members throughout the project engagement, including presenting key takeaways, communicating project updates, and organizing overall project logistics • Provide financial analysis and operational support to project teams in both Higher Ed and Healthcare environments • Maintain clear documentation of financial structures, updates, and reporting standards

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to assess data quality and identify root causes • Ability to manage and manipulate financial accounting data across multiple systems • Strong written and verbal communication • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Advanced or highly proficient in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products (e.g. Microsoft Visio and Outlook) • Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration majors preferred) • Previous experience in Finance, Consulting or related areas preferred • U.S. work authorization is required • Willingness to pursue and obtain Workday Financial Certification upon hire.
