📋 Description

• Develop smart, data-driven SEO strategies focused on sustainable growth — not on hype • Research search intent, content opportunities, and technical showstoppers • Build dashboards, visualize data, and derive insights — e.g., in Looker Studio • Make effective use of AI-powered tools (not just ChatGPT) — from prompt design to prioritization • Formulate hypotheses, run tests, and optimize — you act as your own data scientist • Think critically and don't take tool output at face value • Present complex information in a way that colleagues and clients want to engage with • Actively shape our SEO and AI setups

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in SEO with a clear technical focus across on-page, on-site, and off-page • Confident with tools such as Sistrix, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc. • You see more in a crawl than just '404 errors' • Curious about AI, LLMs, and their implications for SEO • Understand why structured data is invaluable for SGE and chatbots • Able to combine prompt logic with traditional keyword research • Actively contribute AI tests and ideas to client projects • Work in a structured, analytical, and precise manner • Aim to improve processes rather than just maintain them • Confidently guide clients through strategies and decisions • Facilitate workshops and explain complex topics clearly • Take ownership and act as a reliable sparring partner • Always keep an eye on commercial viability and ROI • Identify opportunities and cross-selling potentials • Want to do more than execute tasks — you want to help shape projects
