📋 Description

• provide assistance to attorneys in fact investigation • legal research • document preparation and production • database management • docketing/case management • overall client service • focus on New York asbestos practice • participate in discovery, deposition preparation, investigation, trial and mediation preparation • assist in preparation of pleadings, motions and/or briefs • manage document production databases and case management databases • scheduling and calendaring

🎯 Requirements

• New York litigation experience required • New York asbestos experience preferred • New York location preferred • Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor’s degree in a law related field or Associate’s degree and paralegal training
