📋 Description
• Interpret written pieces from English to Latvian, maintaining original meaning, format, and tone. • Read and thoroughly understand the context of a given material (copy). • Use specialized dictionaries and translation tools. • Proofread finished pieces of work for accuracy and quality.
🎯 Requirements
• **Native Latvian Speaker** • **Availability of at least 3-5 hours a week** • Proven work experience as a Translator, Interpreter, or similar role • Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors • Good knowledge of content editing tools • Familiarity with translation software • Time-management skills

• For the first 6 months, we are offering payment per hour. • We count the time our translators spend on researching and brainstorming too (as well as proofreading of course). • We aim for a 10% increment in your first year working with us. • We currently have a team of 15+ translators and our translations team is constantly growing!
