📋 Description
• Develop and maintain custom Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks. • Optimise storefront performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth UX across all devices. • Collaborate with designers to translate mockups (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD) into functional websites. • Integrate third-party applications and APIs to extend Shopify functionality. • Maintain and enhance Shopify Plus sites through continuous updates, debugging, and feature improvements. • Build public and private Shopify apps using Node.js and React. • Implement system integrations (payments, CRMs, analytics, etc.) and data synchronization. • Conduct QA testing, troubleshoot bugs, and resolve performance or security issues. • Stay updated on emerging eCommerce technologies and propose innovative solutions. • Work closely with project managers to fulfil client requests and deliver pixel-perfect results.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a **Shopify Developer** or **Full Stack Web Developer**. • Strong command of **Shopify Liquid**, **HTML5**, **CSS3**, **JavaScript**, **SQL**, and **Node.js**. • Experience with **React**, **jQuery**, **Backbone.js**, or similar frameworks. • Proven experience with **Shopify API**, **custom app development**, and **third-party integrations**. • Solid understanding of **web performance optimisation** and **security best practices**. • Experience in **Agile development** and working in collaborative remote environments. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. • Portfolio showcasing D2C eCommerce projects (please include links or examples).
