📋 Description

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach • Identify and qualify potential customers based on ideal client profiles • Generate high-quality leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives • Build and nurture relationships with prospects to drive long-term opportunities • Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM systems • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies • Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) role • Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or cold outreach • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Experience selling SaaS, digital services, or tech solutions is a plus
