📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise client accounts. • Manage day-to-day client relationships, requests, and ongoing communications. • Handle escalations and disputes (notice periods, conduct issues, client concerns) with sound judgement and professionalism. • Manage client communication regarding billing, service delivery, account performance, and operational updates. • Coordinate closely with Payroll, Talent Success, Recruitment, and Operations teams. • Proactively monitor client health, identifying risks before they become larger issues. • Build trusted client relationships so potential issues are surfaced early and resolved quickly. • Ensure an excellent customer experience while balancing client and internal business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, Client Success, Customer Experience, or Account Executive experience • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities • Comfortable handling difficult conversations and resolving escalations professionally • Experienced handling 20+ client accounts • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail • Able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment • Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills • Nice-to-Haves • Previous experience within a recruitment, staffing, or talent solutions business • Experience working with enterprise or B2B clients • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) • Experience collaborating with payroll or operational teams
