⢠Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise client accounts. ⢠Manage day-to-day client relationships, requests, and ongoing communications. ⢠Handle escalations and disputes (notice periods, conduct issues, client concerns) with sound judgement and professionalism. ⢠Manage client communication regarding billing, service delivery, account performance, and operational updates. ⢠Coordinate closely with Payroll, Talent Success, Recruitment, and Operations teams. ⢠Proactively monitor client health, identifying risks before they become larger issues. ⢠Build trusted client relationships so potential issues are surfaced early and resolved quickly. ⢠Ensure an excellent customer experience while balancing client and internal business needs.
⢠2+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, Client Success, Customer Experience, or Account Executive experience ⢠Excellent written and verbal English communication skills ⢠Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously ⢠Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities ⢠Comfortable handling difficult conversations and resolving escalations professionally ⢠Experienced handling 20+ client accounts ⢠Highly organised with excellent attention to detail ⢠Able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment ⢠Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills ⢠Nice-to-Haves ⢠Previous experience within a recruitment, staffing, or talent solutions business ⢠Experience working with enterprise or B2B clients ⢠Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) ⢠Experience collaborating with payroll or operational teams
