⢠Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and positioning for each SaaS product ⢠Optimize onboarding flows to improve activation and reduce early-stage drop-off ⢠Develop and maintain consistent messaging across website, product, and sales channels ⢠Design and run growth experiments to drive measurable improvements in conversion rates ⢠Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to identify optimization opportunities ⢠Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance the user journey ⢠Support both inbound and outbound marketing initiatives ⢠Improve performance of freemium, trial, and demo-based funnels
⢠3+ years of experience in SaaS growth marketing, product marketing, or lifecycle marketing ⢠Strong understanding of product-led growth (PLG) principles ⢠Proven experience working closely with product and engineering teams ⢠Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience running A/B tests and experiments ⢠Excellent copywriting and messaging skills ⢠Experience optimizing user onboarding and activation funnels ⢠Familiarity with HighLevel CRM (preferred) ⢠Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Meet) ⢠Experience using Slack ⢠Experience in early-stage or scaling SaaS environments ⢠Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools ⢠Experience working across multiple products or verticals ⢠Background supporting both inbound and outbound growth strategies
