📋 Description

• Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and positioning for each SaaS product • Optimize onboarding flows to improve activation and reduce early-stage drop-off • Develop and maintain consistent messaging across website, product, and sales channels • Design and run growth experiments to drive measurable improvements in conversion rates • Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to identify optimization opportunities • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance the user journey • Support both inbound and outbound marketing initiatives • Improve performance of freemium, trial, and demo-based funnels

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS growth marketing, product marketing, or lifecycle marketing • Strong understanding of product-led growth (PLG) principles • Proven experience working closely with product and engineering teams • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience running A/B tests and experiments • Excellent copywriting and messaging skills • Experience optimizing user onboarding and activation funnels • Familiarity with HighLevel CRM (preferred) • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Meet) • Experience using Slack • Experience in early-stage or scaling SaaS environments • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools • Experience working across multiple products or verticals • Background supporting both inbound and outbound growth strategies
