📋 Description

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting, including a minimum of 60 cold calls per day (with a target of 80+). • Book a minimum of 8 qualified meetings per month with executive-level prospects (post-ramp period). • Prospect and qualify leads across the UK and global markets, ensuring 100% CTPS screening compliance for UK outreach. • Maintain 100% CRM hygiene and update all records accurately within HubSpot. • Submit detailed weekly activity and performance reports on time. • Engage with CxO, VP, and Director-level stakeholders to articulate the value of AI transformation.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional cold calling experience. • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with the ability to hold confident professional conversations. • Mindset: Inquisitive, fast learner, and genuinely interested in AI technology. • Sales Grit: Proven ability to handle rejection, remain self-motivated as a remote worker, and maintain high activity levels. • Values: Operates with high levels of honesty, trust, and integrity. • Schedule: Strict adherence to a 9-5 schedule within the GMT timezone. • Nice-to-Haves • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM. • Previous experience in tech sales or consulting environments. • Strong skills in objection handling and cold email campaigning. • Experience in data entry and lead list management.
