• - Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach • - Identify and qualify potential B2B clients through research and discovery • - Book high-quality meetings and demos for the sales team • - Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM systems • - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies • - Consistently meet or exceed KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked) • - Personalize messaging to engage prospects and improve conversion rates
• - 3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales • - Strong communication and interpersonal skills • - Proven experience with outbound sales (cold calling and emailing) • - Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) • - Ability to work independently in a remote environment • - Highly organized with strong attention to detail • - SaaS sales experience is a strong bonus • - Experience selling to international markets (US/UK) is a plus
