📋 Description

• - Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads • - Identify and research target companies within key industries (e.g., SaaS, eCommerce, professional services) • - Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP criteria • - Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives • - Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) • - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and campaigns • - Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs (meetings booked, conversion rates, pipeline generated)

🎯 Requirements

• - Proven experience in cold outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting • - Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing) • - Strong communication and persuasion skills in English (both written and verbal) • - Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar • - Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven • - Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment • - Must be **based in Cape Town** (required for quarterly meetups)
