📋 Description

• Conduct outbound prospecting activities including email outreach, calls, and follow-ups to generate qualified opportunities. • Manage inbound and outbound sales conversations with professionalism and strong consultative selling skills. • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing B2B clients. • Deliver exceptional client management and customer service throughout the sales cycle. • Coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-up activities with internal stakeholders. • Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity using Salesforce and Salesloft. • Support account management initiatives and ensure timely communication with clients. • Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to meet performance goals and KPIs. • Handle multiple client conversations and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Represent the company professionally in both Arabic- and English-speaking markets.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, SaaS sales, or B2B outbound sales. • 1+ years experience selling online educational products, digital learning solutions, or testing platforms is highly preferred. • Strong experience with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce and Salesloft. • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal). • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver excellent customer service. • Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills. • Comfortable working within structured sales processes and KPI-driven environments. • Experience in account management or client-facing support roles is an advantage. • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
