• Conduct 50–80 outbound calls per day targeting senior finance stakeholders. • Prospect and engage CFOs, Finance Directors, Heads of Finance, and VP Finance executives. • Qualify leads against the company's Magic35 qualification framework. • Book high-quality discovery meetings for senior consultants and sales leaders. • Generate new pipeline opportunities through outbound prospecting, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and follow-up activities. • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking. • Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to optimize lead generation campaigns. • Support lead generation efforts around industry conferences, networking events, and finance-focused events across the APAC region. • Consistently achieve monthly meeting booking and pipeline generation targets. • Build strong relationships with prospective clients throughout the qualification process.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales, SDR, business development, or lead generation experience. • Proven experience selling to CFOs, Finance Directors, VP Finance, or other senior finance executives. • Strong outbound prospecting experience with high-volume calling activity. • Excellent communication, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills. • Experience booking qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives or Consultants. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • MUST HAVE experience selling into Australian market
