• - Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) targeting logistics decision-makers • - Identify and qualify potential clients within freight, supply chain, and e-commerce sectors • - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads • - Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives • - Clearly communicate the company’s logistics solutions and value proposition • - Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) • - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies • - Stay up-to-date with logistics trends, shipping challenges, and industry terminology
• - Recent experience in logistics, freight, supply chain, or transportation is essential (no more than 2 years ago) • - 1–3+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or outbound sales role • - Strong understanding of logistics operations (e.g., freight forwarding, last-mile delivery, warehousing) • - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation or booking targets • - Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar • - Excellent communication and objection-handling skills • - Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume activity • - Highly organized with strong attention to detail • - Ability to work independently in a remote environment
