• Build and maintain targeted prospecting lists using Google Docs and other tools • Send follow-up emails to prospects to book and confirm appointments • Conduct warm outreach calls with past and current prospects • Update and manage CRM (Zoho) with accurate notes, follow-ups, and activity tracking • Coordinate and manage the sales calendar, ensuring smooth scheduling • Assist with administrative tasks to support daily sales operations • Collaborate with the sales lead to improve outreach and follow-up strategies
• Previous experience in a **Sales Development Representative (SDR)** or similar sales support role • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Comfortable making warm outreach calls and engaging prospects • Experience with CRM systems (Zoho or similar) • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently • **Nice-to-Have:** • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Slack, and Microsoft Office • Experience in data entry and list building • Background in digital marketing or agency environments
