📋 Description

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn messaging, and cold calling to build a robust pipeline. • Consistently schedule 2-3 qualified discovery calls per day with decision-makers. • Qualify potential clients based on their budget, interest level, and specific needs for social media management or content creation services. • Manage the transition of leads through the funnel to ensure a minimum of 1-2 closed deals per week. • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and lead status in the CRM.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales or outreach role specifically for social media management or content creation agencies. • Deep understanding of how to communicate the value of digital content and social strategy to business owners. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly over the phone and via text. • A self-motivated, "hunter" mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding daily outreach KPIs.
