• Execute a minimum of 100 outbound cold calls per day to prospective real estate investors and property owners. • Qualify leads based on investment criteria, property type, and financial requirements. • Set a target of 10 high-quality appointments per day for the Loan Originators. • Manage and update lead status diligently within the CRM (HubSpot/GoHighLevel). • Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure a seamless handoff of potential deals. • Proactively follow up with prospects to maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
• Professional Fluency: Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English. • Experience: Mid-to-senior level experience in cold calling and appointment setting (No entry-level). • Domain Knowledge: Proven background in real estate finance or investment property lending. • Performance: Ability to maintain a high-volume call cadence while maintaining quality. • Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of CRMs (HubSpot, PipeDrive, or GHL) and VOIP dialers (AirCall/CloudTalk). • Availability: Full alignment with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours. • Equipment: Personal laptop, high-speed reliable internet, and a noise-cancelling headset.
