📋 Description

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting targeting B2B tech and SaaS buyers via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach • Identify and qualify leads within target accounts (ICP) through research, discovery calls, and needs analysis • Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce • Personalize outreach campaigns tailored to SaaS use cases, pain points, and buyer personas • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine go-to-market and lead generation strategies • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs including calls, meetings booked, and pipeline generated • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in B2B organizations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in an outbound sales role within B2B tech or SaaS environments • Proven track record of success in lead generation, pipeline building, and SaaS sales outreach • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, SaaS products, and value-based selling • Excellent communication and persuasion skills (written and verbal), with experience engaging senior stakeholders • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms • Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft) and automation workflows • Experience selling into US, UK, or international markets is highly preferred • Self-motivated with strong time management skills in a remote work environment
