• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach • Identify and qualify potential clients within target markets and industries • Generate and book qualified meetings for the sales team • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of leads using CRM tools • Research prospects and tailor messaging to align with their business needs • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies • Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs
• 2+ years of experience in **Sales Development, Lead Generation, or B2B SaaS Sales** • Proven track record in outbound prospecting and cold outreach • Strong communication and objection-handling skills • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) • Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft) • Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
