• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to homeowners to introduce solar solutions • Qualify leads based on property details, energy usage, and interest level • Schedule appointments for Solar Consultants/Closers • Handle objections and educate prospects on the benefits of solar energy • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (calls, appointments set, conversions) • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies • Stay updated on solar industry trends and product offerings
• 2+ year experience in Sales Development, Telemarketing, or B2C Sales (solar experience is a strong advantage) • Proven experience in outbound calling and lead generation • Strong English communication and persuasion skills • Comfortable working in a high-volume, target-driven environment • Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar • Reliable internet connection and home office setup • Preferred: Experience in solar, renewable energy, or home improvement sales • Track record of exceeding sales or appointment-setting targets
