📋 Description

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups. • Identify and engage potential clients interested in sustainability, engineering, ESG, or clean energy solutions. • Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for the sales team. • Research target companies, sustainability initiatives, and industry trends to personalise outreach. • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity. • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and messaging. • Consistently meet or exceed activity and meeting-booked KPIs. • Build strong relationships with prospective clients across sustainability-driven industries.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound B2B sales. • Must have previous experience within sustainable engineering, renewable energy, ESG, environmental consulting, sustainability, clean tech, utilities, or adjacent industries. • Strong understanding of sustainability-related business challenges and ESG initiatives. • Proven outbound prospecting and cold outreach experience. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar. • Strong research, organisation, and relationship-building skills. • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. • Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup. • Preferred Qualifications • Experience targeting enterprise or commercial clients. • Familiarity with carbon reduction strategies, energy efficiency, sustainability reporting, or ESG frameworks. • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, or similar prospecting tools. • Exposure to UK, EU, US, or international sustainability markets.
