📋 Description

• - Conduct outbound prospecting to US-based companies through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach. • - Identify companies with active or upcoming hiring needs across tech and professional roles. • - Engage with HR leaders, founders, hiring managers, and procurement teams. • - Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives. • - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients in the CRM. • - Research target accounts, hiring trends, and industry needs. • - Maintain accurate records of all outreach and pipeline activity. • - Collaborate with internal sales and recruitment teams to refine messaging and targeting. • - Consistently achieve outreach and meeting-booked KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• - 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound B2B sales. • - Experience in staffing, recruitment, HR tech, RPO, or B2B service sales is highly preferred. • - Strong cold calling and outbound prospecting experience. • - Proven ability to engage US-based decision-makers. • - Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar. • - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (US business communication preferred). • - Strong resilience, organisation, and target-driven mindset. • - Comfortable working independently in a remote environment aligned to US business hours. • - Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup. • Preferred Qualifications • - Prior experience selling staffing or recruitment services into the US market. • - Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or Outreach. • - Exposure to SaaS or B2B service-based sales environments.
