📋 Description

• Plan, launch, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels • Manage monthly ad budgets ($20k–$200k+ depending on client) • Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CPL, and CAC • Develop and execute A/B testing strategies for creatives, copy, and landing pages • Collaborate with creative teams on high-performing ad creatives • Monitor analytics dashboards and provide weekly performance reports • Conduct competitor research and audience analysis • Implement retargeting, lookalike, and funnel-based strategies • Track conversions using pixels, GA4, and CRM integrations • Identify scaling opportunities and new acquisition channels

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in paid media buying or performance marketing • Proven track record managing and scaling profitable ad campaigns • Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads • Experience with tracking tools (Google Analytics, GA4, GTM, conversion APIs) • Strong understanding of funnels, landing page optimization, and CRO • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills • Experience managing five-figure to six-figure monthly ad budgets • Excellent communication and reporting skills • Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, Info Products, or Lead Generation preferred • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
