📋 Description

• Plan, launch, and manage high-budget Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. • Develop and execute full-funnel paid social strategies focused on lead generation, eCommerce sales, or customer acquisition. • Conduct audience research, targeting optimization, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance. • Monitor campaign KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates. • Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations for scaling campaigns. • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and copy. • Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to improve conversion performance. • Manage advertising budgets efficiently while maximizing ROI. • Stay updated with Meta Ads platform changes, trends, and best practices. • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations. • Troubleshoot account issues, tracking discrepancies, and ad performance fluctuations.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns at a high level. • Proven track record of scaling campaigns with strong ROAS performance. • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and attribution models. • Experience handling monthly ad budgets ranging from $10,000 to $100,000+. • Deep knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting, and conversion optimization. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make strategic decisions. • Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Hyros, Triple Whale, or similar analytics platforms. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Experience working with eCommerce, SaaS, lead generation, or direct-response brands is highly preferred. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
