📋 Description

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, discovery, and closing • Execute high-volume outbound campaigns via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn • Identify and engage decision-makers across various industries • Conduct high-quality discovery calls to uncover client needs and position AI automation solutions • Manage and track pipeline using CRM tools and sales platforms • Consistently meet and exceed revenue and performance targets • Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies and messaging • Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo for lead generation • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a professional, consultative sales approach

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of high-ticket sales experience (non-negotiable) • Proven track record in closing deals and driving revenue, not just setting appointments • Strong expertise in cold calling, objection handling, and discovery • Experience managing the full sales pipeline end-to-end • Background in selling services, preferably in tech, AI, or automation • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools • Experience with lead generation platforms and outbound prospecting tools • Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident in client-facing interactions • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
