• Deep-dive into technical requirements to understand specific tech stacks, tools, and environments for diverse engineering roles. • Drive high-volume sourcing and outreach, maintaining a KPI of at least 2 quality submissions per day. • Execute rapid-response recruitment, ensuring given roles are fulfilled within a 48-hour window. • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process within the ATS, from initial sourcing and screening to coordination and offer stages. • Conduct structured, competency-based interviews to assess technical proficiency and cultural alignment. • Execute aggressive outbound strategies including cold calling and LinkedIn outreach to engage passive candidates. • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and technical teams to ensure perfect alignment on candidate profiles. • Maintain meticulous documentation of interview outcomes and recruiter notes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting, specifically within IT, software, or engineering domains. • Proven track record in a SaaS, Tech, or Consulting environment. • Mastery of outbound sourcing techniques, including cold calling and advanced LinkedIn search. • Professional fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work a strict 9-5 schedule in the EST timezone. • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously under tight deadlines. • Nice-to-Haves • Proficiency in French (written and verbal). • Experience using Loxo as an ATS. • Direct experience in contract negotiation. • Background or familiarity with the Telecommunications sector.
