📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits (site structure, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals) • Analyse and optimise user journeys and conversion funnels to improve engagement and lead generation • Monitor and report on key SEO performance metrics (traffic, rankings, bounce rate, conversions) • Identify and fix technical issues affecting SEO performance (redirects, broken links, site speed, metadata) • Work within Webflow to implement on-page SEO improvements and optimise page structure • Collaborate with developers and designers to enhance UX and site performance • Execute growth marketing experiments (A/B testing, landing page optimisation, content improvements) • Implement and optimise internal linking strategies and site architecture • Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5+ years experience in Technical SEO or similar role • Strong understanding of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4) • Experience working with Webflow CMS (highly preferred) • Solid knowledge of website structure, HTML/CSS fundamentals, and on-page SEO principles • Experience analysing user behaviour, funnels, and conversion data • Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights • Ability to collaborate with developers and communicate technical recommendations clearly • Experience in growth marketing or performance-driven environments is a strong plus
