📋 Description

• Act as the primary administrator for GoHighLevel, ensuring data integrity, workflow automation, and seamless lead management. • Coordinate tasks across multiple business functions, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and all deadlines are met. • Manage professional correspondence via phone, email, and messaging platforms with a clear, articulate, and friendly demeanor. • Support outreach efforts across LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, and Apollo to maintain a healthy pipeline. • Manage basic website updates via GoDaddy and create high-quality presentations and documents using Gamma and Microsoft Office. • Utilize ChatGPT, Claude, and AI voice agents to summarize research, spark content ideas, and optimize daily workflows. • Proactively identify bottlenecks in current systems and suggest AI-driven solutions to improve team productivity.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced hands-on experience with GHL is a mandatory requirement for this role. • A professional phone voice and superior written English skills for client-facing interactions. • Regular experience using AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to enhance work quality and speed. • A highly structured approach to work with a focus on follow-up discipline and multi-tasking. • Proficiency in Slack, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, FB, IG, TikTok). • A self-directed work ethic with the ability to anticipate needs before they are explicitly stated. • Experience with UMA phone systems and routing. • Familiarity with sales automation tools like Cleverly or Feedbird. • Background in managing GoDaddy website content. • Experience setting up or managing AI Voice Agents.
