📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Zoho One suite, with a primary focus on Zoho CRM, Desk, Books, and Projects. • Write custom functions using Deluge script to automate complex business logic and data processing. • Build and maintain robust integrations between Zoho and third-party applications via APIs and Webhooks. • Optimize system architecture to improve data integrity, user experience, and reporting accuracy. • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide expert-level support for internal stakeholders. • Audit existing workflows and identify opportunities for further automation or process improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Zoho Developer or Automation Engineer with deep knowledge of the Zoho One ecosystem. • Mastery of Deluge scripting and a strong understanding of relational databases. • Hands-on experience building custom integrations and working with REST APIs. • Ability to map out complex business processes and translate them into technical workflows. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical execution and business needs. • Zoho Creator development experience. • Background in front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) for custom dashboarding. • Zoho Certifications (Certified Zoho Creator Developer or CRM Administrator). • Experience with Zapier, Make, or other middleware platforms.
