📋 Description

• Support corporate governance across Hydrosat’s group of entities • Manage entity lifecycle and statutory compliance for group companies • Participate in planning for employee programs and benefits • Support fundraising, financing, and corporate transactions • Build, maintain, and improve Hydrosat’s compliance program • Develop, roll out, and maintain internal policies and procedures • Support data protection and privacy compliance • Monitor regulatory developments relevant to Earth observation • Review, draft, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements • Provide practical, business-focused legal guidance • Manage and coordinate external counsel • Support the General Counsel on ad hoc legal projects.

🎯 Requirements

• A law degree and qualification to practice as a lawyer in a relevant jurisdiction • 5+ years of relevant legal experience gained in-house and/or in a reputable law firm or similar entity • Strong contract management, drafting, and editing skills • Solid working knowledge of corporate law and governance • Excellent written and spoken English • Strong organizational and project-management skills • A pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset and high integrity.
