📋 Description

• Deploy basic solutions in cloud environments, including new installations, upgrades, and migrations • Build and configure basic cloud infrastructure and install domain-specific modules and configurations • Gather customer information and understand customer needs to configure solutions accordingly • Provide proactive suggestions and answers throughout the deployment process • Collaborate with cloud teams on configuration and environment setup • Assist customers with application configuration and testing • Test deployed solutions before go-live • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to upgrades, installations, and configurations with team oversight • Support customers throughout go-live and maintain ownership of requests through resolution • Provide regular deployment updates and address customer concerns • Document customer case progress and all deployment activities • Apply technical knowledge of supported software to solution deployment and issue resolution

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma • Experience in a customer service environment • Basic technical skills with Windows OS, SQL DB, PC hardware, and networks • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office • Professional oral and written communication skills • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and data gathering skills • Ability to use sound judgment and appropriately escalate issues • Successful collaboration and interpersonal skills • Preferred: experience or working knowledge of deploying, migrating, or upgrading solutions in cloud environments • Preferred: familiarity with cloud infrastructure build processes, application configuration, and testing initiatives • Preferred: experience troubleshooting technical issues related to product upgrades, installations, and configurations • Preferred: ability to maintain ownership of customer requests and follow through with resolutions • Preferred: experience maintaining detailed deployment documentation
