📋 Description

• Drive execution of technical integration efforts with partners, including ISVs, GSIs, and hyperscalers • Maintain visibility into partner architectures, product roadmaps, and technical priorities • Communicate partner requirements to Product and Engineering teams and track integration progress • Deliver partner technical enablement, including training, documentation, and architecture guidance • Support partner onboarding and readiness for integrating and positioning Hyland solutions • Participate in solution validation, technical discovery, and customer architecture discussions • Partner with Partner Sales Managers on technical readiness for co-sell opportunities • Translate integrations into clear technical value propositions • Provide technical support during deal cycles • Liaise between partner technical teams and Hyland Product Engineering and Solutions • Track and escalate technical blockers affecting integration or partner success • Provide feedback on integration quality and partner readiness • Improve documentation and reusable technical assets • Support scaling repeatable integration patterns through documented guidance and shared technical assets

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in technical partnerships, solution engineering, integrations, or related roles • Strong understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, and integration patterns • Experience working with product and engineering teams • Ability to manage multiple integrations or partner initiatives simultaneously • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences • Comfortable operating in a cross-functional matrixed environment
