• Own regional creative & production process from idea generation to final execution, including but not limited to: concept ideation, creative-storyboarding, deck creation, presenting creative ideas internally & externally, production logistic management (pre, during & post), asset finalisation. • Execute proactive & reactive pitches. • Work on stills & video productions (social / short-form & mid-form / full). • Maintain an organized system for administrative duties - bids, invoicing, outreach, equipment, and third party vendor management. • Create, manage and oversee timelines, budgets, production plans and talent/vendor contracts. • Secure, vet, negotiate, manage talent, crew, locations, etc. • Ensure all productions are wrapped in a timely manner and within budget. • Track project timelines and deadlines - ensuring Senior Business Director, clients and vendors are kept informed and workload is maintained at a manageable level. • Collaborate with Regional Social Team to create & execute new content concepts. • Assist Regional Social Team as and when required with Social-related tasks. • Including shooting & editing social video.
• 4+ years of experience in content and/or agency production. • Skilled - In Creative ideation & excellent in Deck creation. • Connected - Someone who is plugged into the culture locally. Who is up to date on fashion, music and the arts, and is connected to local brand & culture business owners. Who fully understands regional sentiments / nuances. • Confident - Outgoing and a good presenter. • Creative - You are a visual storyteller who can develop new and innovative ideas with the team to elevate all projects. • Very Well Organized - Punctual and methodical, with a stellar memory, and with airtight organizational skills. You are the person the team will count on to be on top of everything. • Flexible - Humble and willing to tackle sometimes mundane but essential tasks with overall willingness to learn. • Resourceful - The ability to secure talent, locations, and resources quickly. Can pivot and adapt to unforeseen circumstances that often arise. The expertise to foresee when outside resources are necessary.
