• Own and lead the full-funnel growth strategy (acquisition, CRO, retention) • Connect paid media, eCommerce and CRM into one cohesive system • Identify and prioritise highest-impact growth levers across the funnel • Build and implement structured experimentation frameworks • Drive improvements across conversion, AOV, retention and LTV • Own growth forecasting, reporting and performance visibility across the funnel • Translate data into clear, actionable growth initiatives • Identify bottlenecks across the customer journey and remove them • Align cross-functional teams around shared growth objectives • Drive a culture of testing, iteration and continuous improvement • Reviewing performance across acquisition, site and lifecycle • Identifying inefficiencies and growth opportunities across the funnel • Running structured testing across creative, landing pages and retention flows • Working closely with eCommerce and CRM to improve conversion + LTV • Leading weekly reporting and performance reviews with leadership • Driving execution across multiple growth initiatives simultaneously
• Proven experience scaling growth in a DTC / eCommerce business • Strong understanding of full-funnel growth (acquisition → retention) • Experience working across performance marketing, CRO and lifecycle • Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into action • Experience building or working within experimentation frameworks • Strong commercial understanding of CAC, LTV, CVR, AOV • Experience operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments • Comfortable working cross-functionally across marketing, product and ops • Fluent in English (German is a strong plus)
