📋 Description

• Lead the development of accessibility (A11y) fixes for the Android application, focusing on stability, performance, and alignment with product and business goals • Set and promote high standards for code quality, applying modern best practices and ensuring the extensibility and maintainability of the codebase • Collaborate on end-to-end accessibility fix implementation, from draft to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with stakeholders • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product design, iOS and backend development, and QA

🎯 Requirements

• Experience implementing accessibility (A11y) features in mobile apps • A track record of contributing to applications with a large user base • An understanding of the importance of writing fast, comprehensive tests, and experience doing so • Production experience with Coroutines & Flows • Understanding of reactive streams • Experience working in a multi-module project • A commitment to maintaining high code quality, with a strong sense of responsibility for the product's success • A team-oriented approach • Strong written and verbal communication in English • Nice to have: Production experience with Jetpack Compose • Basic understanding of security • Understanding of Gradle scripting • Experience with Agile development methodologies • Experience in the payments or FinTech industry
