• We are hiring for one of our ecosystems projects, they are one of the leading SocialFi companies with a strong presence globally. • Manage the architecture design and technical solutions of large-scale systems, ensuring optimal performance, concurrency, and availability. • Manage and lead the technical team to solve complex technical challenges and facilitate efficient communication and collaboration. • Maintain system stability and ensure it operates with high availability and supports high concurrency. • Actively engage in agile development processes to ensure timely delivery of projects with exceptional quality. • #LI-REMOTE

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in relevant industry experience or related fields. • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with over 3 years of development experience and a clean, efficient coding style. • Expertise in Golang or NodeJS development; knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or Rust is a plus; demonstrates strong technical skills and excellent programming practices. • Excellent verbal and written skills in Mandarin and English. • Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, familiarity with DeFi projects on Ethereum or Solana, and hands-on experience with relevant projects. • Proficient in using Redis, MySQL, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or one or more of these technologies. • Strong understanding of data structures and algorithm design, with strong modular design skills and the ability to independently analyze and solve problems.
