• Formulate and implement strategies to enhance ecosystem expansion, adoption, and active participation. • Establish strategic alliances with developers, DeFi initiatives, blockchain networks, and community influencers. • Cultivate and sustain relationships with blockchain foundations, technology vendors, and industry organizations. • Negotiate partnerships and collaborative projects to increase ecosystem value. • Spearhead developer programs, ambassador initiatives, and educational outreach efforts. • Collect and analyze community input to drive product improvements. • Explore new market opportunities to expand ecosystem participation. • Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop go-to-market plans for new features, services, and protocols. • Host hackathons, workshops, and technical meetups to foster developer involvement. • Act as the company’s representative at industry conferences, events, and forums. • Engage in policy and regulatory discussions to promote favorable ecosystem conditions. • Monitor key ecosystem metrics and deliver reports to senior leadership. • Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to address ecosystem gaps.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field. • 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles, including at least 3 years in the Web3/DeFi sectors. • Established networks within Web3 ecosystems are required. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to manage complex partnerships with multiple stakeholders across different teams and organizations. • Proven ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
